Hi, in these cases one may opt to appoint a legal guardian for the purposes of her welfare. But considering the fact that there appear to be other family memes such as her sisters as you mention, they may have objections too. Appointment of guardian in such cases is for the welfare of the person and to manage their estate. Feel free to reach out and we can try to work this out.

if she is able to walk, talk, write and sign make a will of all her possessing assets like immovable property and make a power of attorney, which is a document where power to execute, handle and take care of assets, funds and bank account can be given to other person and will be handled by another person, using which you can take care of her funds, also check whether her sisters are interested in the assets or not yeh there is a lot of things which you will be needed to do

Well, you can file a Guardianship Petition in Hon'ble Bombay High Court under Sec 7 of the Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890 to seek your Aunt's Guardianship and then you can manage the affairs of her property and take decisions on her behalf regarding her healthcare and her properties. You will be able to withdraw funds which you want to utilise for your Aunt on getting such Guardianship from the concerned High Court.
