Son of a flat owner became secretary of the unregistered flat owners association comprising of 19 flats. With secretary and other member they are mishandling the lakh of rupees. What to do?
you can file suit against him as he is not the original owner but still forcefully became secretary of unregistered flat and mishandling amount it's necessary to file suit as he is misusing hard owned money
