Sale of property if there is a stay on property

Due to stay by court sale deed could not be registered on 15th September, 2016 can I use it now if stay is lifted
yes ,if the stay is vaccated you can register the same.for vaccating stay you have to file a petition before the court where the court has given the stay.If the reasons are statisfied by the court ,the court will grant you the remedy for you.
