Sale deed made person not ready to pay the remaining amount what to do

i want a legal advice of my land was sale to another person with some cost and take advance agreement on 100 rs stam paper on september 2016 with in 3 months the other person will pay remaining balance and may registered the property. but that person is not coming to registration and he couldnot ready to pay the remaining balance according what we have written on 100rs stamp paper date is also expired. so now what to do?

You have to send him a notice asking him to come forward for registration and making the balance payment due towards the sale deed. Secondly you can mention the same that the contents of the agreement written on the Rs,100/- paper what agreed between both of you. If not you can contact us to send the legal notice.
