Running shop on trust property now asking to vacate and file case

I am running a shop which belongs to trust property they filed the case and they have own . So I thought to get a stay order from high court but they have taken kevit. And my lawyer asking to get a sign from opposite parties lawyer. How will he sign it is a stupidity to ask him . Because they only have taken kevit to not to apply stay order from high court. Iam helpless please help me out sir shop is the only way for my families income source. Please sir. Thank you
Engage an appropriate lawyer who is expert in handling such cases. Caveat is filed by the decree holder against you so that you would not go to the High Court and obtain stay order back behind them. With caveat, no orders would be passed without giving them an opportunity of behind heard.
