02-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
What to do if my and my families property papers ,physical shares and wills are robbed along with even accounts numbers and passport s and all banking details? Where it was kept with a lady who lived alone with a girl and both are deceased and I wasn't fully aware of all Shareholding in physical form which includes international shares and also international properties and their location s and bank accounts and which banks they were in ? So is there a database an international one to send a stop mark with names and to ask through the court for all such unsigned shares being dematted in other people's accounts where robber will be found and without my or dead peoples signs and /with fraudulent signs but address of original shareholder and signs woudnt have changed in company database. Also police isn't taking robbery fir (crpc 156(3) is given but no reply ,also even debit cards of international accounts are robbed and so are credit cards and cheque books .So please advice

You can lodge a FIR, attempt to get it lodged, you have already done. You should have met with the Senior Police Officers like DGP (Director General of Police), (Assistant Commissioner of Police) or with the Commissioner itself to create a pressure upon the Junior level Officers to take up your case by fling a FIR & to start investigation in it.

You should create Description/Schedule of Physical/Electronic Properties which you have lost. You must provide to Police info about the Share Certificate Numbers of those Physical Shares Certificates entitling you as the owner of shares which you have got stolen & each & every detail about the property stolen including info to Police about suspects on whom you have suspicion of commiting theft.
