sir, my name is moulirajas and I am a student, in our home in a rural village in Andhra Pradesh . in my village we have cement roads and I have a car and the problem is my nebhour from next street is blocked the way of my home by sand that he bought to construct his home from 2mounts . we said him to pls remove sand from the road as that we are not able to go to our home with the car . but he didn't remove its 3 months completed. we have been facing the problem . the road is totally blocked now with sand. what action we may take in this situation sir pls help me, sir. thank you, sir, i hope u will reply me.

You can file a nuisance case against the person who has dumped sand on the road either at the police station or at the municipality office.
Better to file a NUISANCE case under section 268 of IPC against the person dumping construction material on the road.
