Rights on grandmother's property after will has been registered

My grandmother buy a land in pune 1978. She is mother of my mother. My mother's brother means my uncle, make a registered will from my grandmother on this land when she was alive . He transferred all rights to uncle's son . Can I challenge this will?

Yes you can since it is your grandmother's land.
Anyone who may have an interest to gain from the will can challenge a will. The most successful challengers are usually the spouses, and the most successful grounds are that the person lacked testamentary capacity or that the person was unduly influenced or persuaded to write the will a certain way.

How are you going to challenge the will.. do you have any will .. have you known that the will was obtained fraudulently or have been forged. You may challenge and give a try .. it's with trying of it's a huge property

Hello, date of will is not mentioned legally within 3 years one need to challenge the same but you may appoint a lawyer who will take care of the legal aspect . If your say is " will obtained by fraud " then you may challenge d same after due legal complainces.
