once tenency certicate was granted in your favor you have all rights, you also make a counter claim for recording your names in the revenue records and for cancellation of the other party for playing fraud and slo make an application U/S 5 ROR before the MRO FOR GRANT OF patta pass books and removal of name of the other side.

Dear Client,
You can file complaint before Higher Authorities above R.D.O. and if fail to do any action you can file a writ petition for obtaining a direction from High Court to call for record and ask the R.D.O. to correct the name in the Records. Take appropriate expert legal advise for drafting complaint and correspondence.

Revenue matters are very complicated and a normal lawyer cannot do the case so easily. Hence, you should appoint a good Advocate. If you are interested you contact me through Lawrato and meet me with all Documents (Xerox) so that I can give my opinion whether you have any remedy or not. You have not mentioned the extent of the land.
