If i file for RCR against my husband, can he defend the case with a reverse back filing of divorce case against me?
Divorce case can be filed by any party at any time. Naturally a case for restitution is an innocuous application and it may give you leverage in future in case any proceeding adverse is filed against you. All the best and regards

if you file restitution of conjugal rights case then your husband will be trapped plus a maintenance case should also be filed alongwith or either of them to trap him properly and suffocate him with it for which he would plead for mercy from you
