Respected sir I got some property in my family oral distribution pos

After my husband's death my family refusing me my two girl child's the property is now in the name of my father in law . My husband's brothers are registered a family settlement where iam not in that settlement they were trying to sold the property

you have to get a legal at certificate Undertaker not jaldi property because you are also one of the legal 40 property and I cannot sell this property in any way you and your two daughters are also eligible party property so you have to file partition suit and get a your property mutated in your name if an opportunity given to me I will file a suit

if the property is the ancestral property of your husband, as the legal heirs of your late husband yourself and your children can file a suit for partition action and separate possession of the properties owned by your father-in-law and you also can file a petition for injunction and can seek interim injunction against the brothers of your husband.. the settlement deed in between the brothers of your husband will not be binding on you..you have to take immediate action.
