I broke up with my girlfriend. I never had Physical relationship with her. We have chats and few pics together. Now my ex girlfriend and her family is forcing me to marry her. Her family is always at my door or at my relatives doors bugging all and forcing to get us married. I have clearly told I have no interest in getting married to her and neither my family is interested, after we got to know her history. Please guide if I can apply for injunction order against her family. How do I stop them from forcing me or my family? We both are Hindu.
we can file a suit for injunction and obtain an order restraining your ex girlfriend and her relatives from harassing you and your family members and they cannot force you to marry her against your wishes

i suggest you to complain to police station stating that she is trespassing your house and forcing you to get married to her which you dont like.
