Sir meri maa ne bhut karz le liya tha ab hmlog nhi chuka pa rhe hai kya koi rasta hai bachne ka bank defaulter nhi hai sir individual person se liya gya hai

Venerated Sir, Apko batana chahunga ki bank to apna karj har haal mai chunkta karegi iske liye bank ka SARFIESI act and PDR Act bahut tough law hai karj wasuli ke liye. Aapke mother ki property se paise liye jayenge. Aap kahi bhi liable nahi honge. Apke paas ek option hai ki mother diwaliya hone par chances hai parantu paise property se liye jayenge.
