I was running my basement as a primary school ... sm neighbours complained of noise disturance and sealed my basement.. what remedy do i have...can u give me relevant sections in this case

Hello, You have right to run school as fundamental right but your duty is to maintain or curry your profession with reasonable retraction, you should have proper legal registration of your school and related to premises and the limited parameter of the noise is legal in particular area as per Act, and above that it can be illegal act.
