Relatives back stepping from giving money in lieu of buying house

Sir, i sold my house to my relatives they gave me 75% of the amount and promised to give rest of the amount later and now they are denying every promise they made. it has been 3 yrs now. how can i get my money back with interest.

on the above mentioned query immediately suit for cancellation of sale deed in the concerned Civil Court . in the case it is clearly mentioned in the plaint that the purchaser made a promise to gave the rest amount as early as possible, but till today, they were not pay the money.
