Regarding Transfer on spouse Ground

Sir I m Working in CGHS under Ministry of health and family welfare govt of India as pharmacist in Meerut,Uttar Pradesh since 2012 now my wife is teacher at Delhi govt school since 2019
I applied for transfer on spouse Ground from Meerut to Delhi.
But transfer wasn't considered wheather no specific reason behind it .
Many other transfer case was considered at same time without solid reason
So please help me how to challenge in CAT bcz in delhi my catagory post are vacant

hello client as i can seenur issue ia really seeious in nature. in your case you will get relief i am of tye view tht you will get relief . in your case i think you should move to high court instead of CAT .
