India and Constitution allows you to follow a religion of your choice so you have the freedom of getting converted into another religion that is Hinduism in your case regarding your caste it has to be checked at you can get your name changed your various documents but due process of law but since your father is not allowed alive his name can’t be changed for the details you can contact me

you should approach any sanatani mandir for conversion to sabotaging Hindu dharam. you should thereafter get your name changed if you do desire by giving public notice. you can not change your parents so you can continue to use same parents name.
