regarding possesion of land not giving by builder

Sir i purchased a land 100 sq yard in noida. Registry and mutation both done but after 3 years builder not giving the possession on my land. He said i will give u another land and delaying.
Sir now What to do?

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a complaint against the builder in UPRERA TRIBUNAL. first you can file a complaint on UPRERA website with the submission of fee i.e. 1000/-. then thereafter the date fixed approximately after 20 to 30 days. in between the notice served on builder and he will file his written statement through his counsel. within 90 days the case is decided.
