Regarding pension related issue

My father has retired from his post since march 2018, but till now he couldn't get pension, matter is in court since 8 months, but not decided.what should I do now please explain?

Where is the matter pending? Generally if the matter is not getting listed before the Court, then in event as such a listing application will get filed before the Court to get the matter listed. In case you need any other information in the matter do feel free to contact.

dear client if your father case is pending in High Court do discuss in what stage it is pending do ask your lawyer to proceed in filing the listing application and making the prayer before the court concern to fix some specific date and when the amount is released your father will definitely get back the interest on the total amount which will be released for further details do contact us.
