Regarding pension benefits of my father

My father was teacher in Uttar Pradesh he is retired from his serive two years before. After retirement DOIS is denying to give him his pension benefits and saying that his B.Ed. degree is found fake during verification. I want legal adice for the same matter.please help

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if your father had not been given any show cause notice before his retirement and all have been as discussed in your query done after his retirement then your father has the remedy by giving the details of his reply for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

After retirement/or completing his 25/30 years , department is saying that your's father degree was fake , it's a very strange an awkard .u can take legal action against the concerned department. for more discussion, contact me over my cell numbers by paying consultancy charges RS. 500/- for the same
