regarding partition suit of grandfather deceased self acquired house

sir my maternal grandfather was a doctor.He bought a house in ambur by self acquired in 1982.He died in may 1996.He has two children one is my mother and other is my uncle.In 1998 my uncle sons filed partition suit and got exparte decree that is (each 25% share one for my mother and one for my uncle and each for my uncle 2 sons).My mother filed IA for setting aside decree which is pending.Myvquestion is clarify that whether paternal grandsons has share in their deceased grandfather self acquired house.(though their father is alive that is my uncle).kindly reply .tell the section which does not give share to grandsons.
Your grandfather property should be divided as 2 parts only
During expart order the court will give the order as the prayer only
The plaint May contain this prayer
So you can set aside the order and contest the matter
