Regarding Navin Parti land of which little part is used by grandfather

There is civil suit is going on against my neighbour regarding ancestral land so my neighbour with the help of gram pradhan and lekhpal has given us the notice to vacant the Navin parti land.
As little part of my home is coming in the Navin parti land approximately 200 sq feet and rest is on my ancestral land.
As Navin parti is about 6 dismil which is surrounded by 3 sides my my ancestral land.
And lekhpal took bribe from the opposite party and threatening my grandfather to break the home.
This is a very serious issue because if a part of your house is shown in Navin Parti land on paper, then the authorities can misuse it against you—especially when bribe and pressure tactics are already being used. The notice itself looks manipulated and without proper due process.
But remember, you cannot be forced to vacate or demolish your home without proper legal proceedings and High Court intervention. Since you already have a civil suit pending, this matter can be connected before the Court to stop the harassment.

• चूँकि आपके विरुद्ध सिविल सूट पहले से चल रहा है, इसलिए ग्राम प्रधान या लेखपाल आपको घर गिराने या ज़मीन खाली करने का आदेश नहीं दे सकते।
• आप तत्काल सिविल कोर्ट/डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट में अंतरिम स्थगन आदेश (Stay Order / Temporary Injunction under Order 39 CPC) के लिए अर्जी दायर करें, ताकि आपके मकान को तोड़ा न जा सके जब तक मुकदमा समाप्त न हो।
2. लेखपाल व ग्राम प्रधान की अवैध कार्रवाई
• लेखपाल और प्रधान का आपके घर को तोड़ने का आदेश देना उनके अधिकार क्षेत्र से बाहर है।
• आप एसडीएम/डीएम को लिखित शिकायत दें कि सरकारी कर्मचारी रिश्वत लेकर दबाव बना रहे हैं।
• साथ ही, आप धारा 156(3) BNSS 2023 के अंतर्गत मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट से पुलिस को FIR दर्ज करने का आदेश दिलवा सकते हैं।
3. आपके पक्ष की मज़बूती
• आपके घर का अधिकांश हिस्सा पैतृक भूमि पर है।
• केवल 200 sq. ft. हिस्सा अगर विवादित है तो जब तक अदालत का निर्णय नहीं हो जाता, किसी अधिकारी के पास उसे गिराने का अधिकार नहीं है।
4. भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायत
• यदि लेखपाल ने वास्तव में रिश्वत ली है, तो आप लोकायुक्त/विजिलेंस विभाग या उच्च अधिकारियों को शिकायत भेज सकते हैं।

Lekhpal/Gram Pradhan cannot demolish your house – only SDM/DM can after legal process.
File a written complaint before SDM/Tehsildar that most of your house is on ancestral land and only a small part touches Navin Parti.
Seek spot inspection/measurement by impartial authority.
In your pending civil suit, move an injunction application (Order 39 CPC) to stop any demolition or interference.
If Lekhpal took bribe, file complaint before DM/Anti-Corruption Department.
