Regarding my daughter TC.The school is not proving a TC.

My daughter has studied in cbsc school in namakal district for 1st std in last year.Now I have changed the school.previous school is not providing a TC certificate.They are holding my daughter EMIS No.They are asking us to pay the first term full fees.what I should do?

You can definitely deny to pay them the 1st term fees, their claim is against the prevailing law. If they insist you to pay the fees, then sent a Legal Notice to them with the help of any authentic civil advocate in your locality. When did she leave the school, was it after the completion of last academic year or during the midst of this current academic year? You can issue a legal notice to the school authorities demanding TC as you have shifted to some other place. if they still don't respond you can make a complaint with the district education officer about it before escalating it through legal forum.

sir, need further clarifications regarding the issue. as per your claim need to send a letter requesting the certificates at first then send a legal notice and then file a direction petition in high court.
