Regarding MACP (Increment In My Govt Job)

Ive been working in a govt school .my previous school principal gave me average in ACR Which is creating problems in granting my MACP(increment ). kindly guide

You can make a representation against the ACR and challenge it in court depending on what was the reason for giving an Average in the ACR. Accordingly a claim for granting of MACP can be sought in court. Please contact for further discussion.

there is a remedy and the law more particularly under article 226 coffee constitution of India waiting for such release can be filed utilising aur invoking inherent jurisdiction of High Court
