hey I need urgent help... I want a sample application for:- 1) Drafting an application for condonation of delay under section 5 of limitation act. 2) Drafting an application under Order 9 rule 13 PLzz help me regarding this.

I've sufficient experience in handling matters such as this. if you have already received a draft, do ensure that the draft contains good reason for missing out on the case or the application will be dismissed. at times there are other remedies as well depending on the nature of the case, such as going for an appeal or filing an application under section 151 cpc

The statement of a problem under the Doctrine of Condonation of Delay is an exception to general rule that is Bar of Limitation under the Act, and it does not include 'Suit'. The Court Condon the delay only when an applicant has sufficient cause for not preferring appeal and application.
