Regarding degree certificate from alld. State university

Respected sir, I have completed my graduation from prof. Rajju bhaiya (allahabad state university)university in 2019 . Sir i need my graduation degree certificate urgently because of documents verification in upsssc exam. I have paid required fee I. E. 500rs in August 2021 but then they are not giving my degree certificate.when I approached to university, staff members not giving satisfactory answer. They said to me every time that go and come after 5days , 10 days, 15days , next month ect,. I have been bothered too much.
Sir please advice me what should I do?Thanking you sir
File a writ petition before Hon'ble High Court then Court will direct the concerned university to provide your degree within time or before court except that no other option for more clarification you may contact us then I'll elaborate properly about your case.

simply approach the High Court , I mean the Allahabad High Court again this college and seek immediate directions against them for releasing your documents . High Court is most likely to intervene in this matter

School authorities are not allowed you are not giving you your certificate on your degree then you can approach to your Deen and in case if you are not getting help.
when you can make a legal notice from any advocate legal notice to the school authorities and then a legal action will be taken for sure.
