HELLPO !

YES. YOU CAN INCORPORATE YOUR FATHERS'S ORIGINAL NAME INCLUDING 'ALIAS '

Step -1. GET THE RIGHT NAME TO BE INCORPORATED IN ALL YOUR RECORDS "NOTARIED" BY A NOTARY PUBLIC. THEN YOU HAVE TO APPROACH THE DIRECTORAATE OF STATIONARIES & PRINTING. FOR YOUR REQUIRED FATHER;S NAME BE PUBLISHED IN A GAZETTE. IF YOU NEED MY LEGAL ASSISTANCE PL. CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER SERVICE.

Yes there is a legal dispute. And then get declaration decree from the competent civil court of law where your father resides praying for the decree that both Mani and Johnson are one and same person by filed copy of passport and certificate belonged to you and your birth certificate and identity proof of your father as plaint documents in support of your version and add the local body whom issued birth certificate of your father and pass port office as defendants in said suit
