Reg: Date of Birth Correction in SSC Certificate

Hello TeamI have completed my Grade 10 in 2012 where my date of birth is mentioned as 15-08-1997 and we realised this mistake (actual date of birth as per birth certificate: 02-01-1997) after one year completion of grade 10. Since then we’ve been reaching out to my school headmaster to help us get this error rectified. They’ve been denying the request saying that this cannot be rectified. And it’s been 11 years now, and now I’ve reached out to state board of ap, where they’re saying that this has to be corrected within 3 years of completion of Grade 10 and since it’s already been 11 years, they can’t do any changes. Kindly help me rectify this.

First go to the Notary advocate and make an affidavit for Change of Date of birth. show the specific details later go for the publish in the newspaper regarding the change of Date of birth then later you will get notify in the state of gazette

hi you could file writ petition in high court to change the date of birth in school records if they are refusing to change it as it would affect your future prospects and job opportunities to you and it would cause hardship
