Refusal of giftdeed registration by subregistrar

Respected sir, My fathers brother (uncle) intrested in gifting his properties for me,when we to subregistrar,he refused to register,the reason is,there is suit pending on this property and also there is a temporary injunction, when i met my lawyer the injunction was not extended and copy submitted to subregistrar,subreg demaded money we took endorsment inthat the point is( to prevent multiplicity of cases refusal is main point) then we apprached district registar,there also my work has not done,now my uncle expired, how to challenge this case what is the procedure ,pls reply sir

Properties belong to your uncle. Unless the properties are transferred to your either by gift deed during his life time or by way of Will & Testament, you will have no right over the same. If your uncle had died intestate that is without will then his linear descendants would have right over his properties. If he had died testate that is with Will, then the property would go in accordance with the Will
