Refund Of Wedding Venue Amount Due To Lockdown (Covid19)

I have paid full amount to the wedding venue in light of the wedding which was to be held on May 3, 2020, but due to the lockdown situation the wedding is postponed. The concerned at the wedding venue are refusing to give a refund. How can I legally proceed to get a full refund of the amount paid?

Hi your are in a unfortunate condition. regarding ur payment that is already given to wedding venue. no problem u will get back the amount. ask him in case if he refuses then make out a legal notice demanding the refund of the entire money. as the event did not happen due to enevitable reasons. don't worry. thanks. rate us and send ur feed back.

Firstly send them legal notice through an advocate seeking refund of amount. If they fail to repay the amount file a suit for recovery of money before jurisdiction court. Feel free to contact me for further guidance if needed
