Received a lok adalat notice but not in my name what can I do

I received a lokadalat notice , it's not on my name and nowhere related to me. Should I ignore . Can i put a case on sender Tata teleservices for bothering for no reason

It looks to be one-time off mistake. Better to ignore. If the notice is sent to you wrongly by an error, you cannot do much about it. If it repeats, then it amounts to harassment and torture when you can send a notice to the causing party and warn him. If you intend to file a case, your time and expenditure would be a waste, if the party apologises at the court as the court takes a very lenient view on such one time mistake.

If the notice is not in your name and unconcerned you can ignore it. Anyhow if you cross check with the lok adalath it will be safer side since some time there will be typographic mistake in sending.

If it not concerning you then you need not bother.
When the notice was served upon you, you should have mentioned to the concerned postman that no such person is residing in the said address and he would have made a note of it and taken it back.
