Ur qsn is not properly framed.o.7 rule 11 deals with rejection of plaint in certain grounds as mentioned der in.eg.if it does nt disclose a cause of action.if relief is under valued or though properly valued .. Insufficient stamped...If it's barred by law ..If it's nt filed in duplicate..etc

There are various reasons cause of which plaints can get rejected in O7r11. That being said how does it affect you...What has happened with you cause of which you have thought of wasting a lawyers' precious time with this question, kindly explain.

a. This clause is not applicable because it is an part of evidence.
d. this clause comes under jurisdiction.
a. and c. Are not applicable because every person have right to get justice although he is poor. If suit is under valued then court may recover from plaintiff.

Order 7, Rule 11 under Code of Civil Procedure 1908 can be rejected based on the following grounds:
1) If the plaint fails to disclose the cause of action.
2) When the relief claimed by plaintiff is undervalued and plaintiff fails to rectify it after giving notice
3) When the plaint is insufficiently stamped
4) When the suit is barred by law
