Reading Chargesheet of a case

Hi, I am hari shankar from hyderabad. Recently I found out about a police jobs scam in assam. I am an upcoming writer in hyderabad. This case is interesting and i would love to read the chargesheet, Could you please show me the way to obtain a copy of chargesheet? Is that possible? It would help me immensely in my research. You will have to apply for a certified copy of the Charge sheet from the Court or from the police authorities. But in Assam obtaining of certified copy of charge sheet online is not available. So you will have apply either yourself or through a local advocate.

yes. you can obtain the chargesheet. you will have to get in touch with a practicing advocate in Guwahati for that and pay the requisite fees. yoh will get your copy of the chargesheet. if you want more interesting cases you can contact me. I am also a practicing advocate.
