ragarding sale of ancestral property

I got your number from lawrato, i have ancestral property with 9 co-owners ,90% of owners are agreed to sale property but 10% oweners are not aggreed to sale , i want to know can i sale my property without any objection with 90% of co-owner's .
No, you cannot sell. If 90 percent of Co-Owners have been objecting to Property-Sell, then rest 10 percent of Owners have to go for Property-Partition by filing a Suit in either City Civil Court or in Bombay High Court.

If property is not partitioned between all co owners,then you can't sell your share in undivided property to outside person.But you can sell your share to any co owner in undivided property.Therefore you can file suit for partition of property
