Question related to transfer of property ownership

I want to transfer my property from my mother and I don't know the legal procedures,can someone please guide me?

you stated that you have transferred from the name of the mother . kindly tell me what you have a title deed and complete details share to me thereafter I proper advise to you regarding the property .

you can make a gift deed in your name and get it registered you have to pay stamp duty for registration of the gift deed as per the circle rate of the property. Both the parties have to visit sub registrar office and get it registered
