Property Rights-Hindu Succession Act

02-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
A property was owned by my grandfather. It was in his name. After his passing away, his wife(grandmother) has sold the property in writing to a daughter in law without consulting the other 3 children. They have created a documentation supporting the same. The grandfather and grandmother have 4 children. Now, do the other 3 children have the right to claim that property. How the division shall happen as per Hindu succession Act. Kindly help with the query.
