property registration (Home - On three person)

Me and my sisters ( Two sister) are buying one home for my parents and we have to make so we can not register it to my parents . Me my brother in laws are equally investing in it. whether we can register jointly ( mean to say all three together)

In order to jointly register a property the parties Should be blood relatives or spouses. once the names q you and your sister are included whether. There is necessity of adding her husband's name is something that you people have to decide.

Yes, you can all register, no issue will arise. You all will be called joint owners of the property. You can contact me for the purpose the purpose of registration and payment of stamp duty. Adv Jamal Sait Bangalore

since u n ur sister is investing and also ur brother in law is also involved in buying the property, u can register it jointly in three of ur names, sharing ratio needs to be specified and since property is flat conditions needs to be specific qith regard to preemption right incase if one among u wants to sell their share
