Property on my name enjoyed by my father. How to takeover?

10-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi, I an a Hindu, I do have some property on my name registered. As ,my father was engaged he was looking after tenant accomplishment ,maintenance and collect the rent. Now ,we got misunderstanding .so,now i could like to take rigts on my property. The tenantship agreement signed by my father.can i ask the tenants to change their agreement and pay the rent to me. Will any problem arise from tenant side? From this april financial year ,can i ask them to exchange the agreement and pay the rent to me directly. Will there be any problem from my father. They are well settled and there is no dependency on this income but to win me ,he will try to create some problem. Is he can claim on that if so it should not be favour to tenants to create problem.

Since the property is in your name the very agreement For rent with their tenants has no legs to stand as the nonowner who is your father is not the owner. You can approach the tenants directly and ask them to enter into a valid re agreement and give you your bank accounts et cetera asking them to pay their rents in your bank account. Know your parents can create some problem, since that title is in your favour you will definitely win the case
