As regards the behaviour of in-laws, complaint can be filed in family court against in-laws for Harassment along with physical violence or mental hurt (if any). If the house stands in the name of your sister and/or jointly with husband, then the in-laws cannot oust your sister from the house. If husband of your sister is against your sister, then family court can attend to dispute with appropriate remedy.

The owner of the house can take the house back but your sister can only claim the amount which she invested in construction ! She should have executed a GPA with consideration ‘anyways b in touch in this regard

She can file a domestic violence case and harassment case against her in laws and can claim protection from court.. And can file a case to take her possession over the property or can claim money from her in laws
