Dear Madam,
We appreciate your time and question. Madam you do have a right to the property. But the right to the property is only to the extent of your husband's property.
If your husband has given up his rights to the property then you cannot claim right to your husband's ancestral property.

How come the property got transferred to fourth son? as while your grandmother was alive, she had transferred the property to her 1st and 3rd son by taking the NOC from 2nd and 4th son, so after she passed away, Have the 1st and 3rd son transferred the entire property to 4th Son? As far as your question is concerned, of course you can claim your right but you have to fight ahead a long battle.
