Process to transfer title of property due to mental instability

Property in the name of my mother and her mental condition is not stable. My father wants to sell out the property and also wants to transfer to my late younger brother's wife without giving me any share.Whereas I have contributef a lot for that property.I promise to look after my aged parents and pay the other expenses.

it is possible for your father to do it if your mother gives power to your father. otherwise it is not possible. if you want to get the property then you may seek legal consultation with an advocate. this is better to have a face to face interaction with you to give you best advice.

If the property is of your mother, then your father did not alinate it without obtaining Power of attorney from your mother. And if your mother's mental condition is not so good then at first you should collect entire medical papers of your mother and if your father on the basis of Power of attorney transfer the property to anyone else, you by supporting said Medical paper, wants for cancellation of Deeds.
