Procedure to set aside sale deed in High Court

17-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sale deed was created for our ancestral property like grandfather alone sold on behalf of minor sons to opposite party in 1985.3 major sons were not part of sale deed. grandfather was mentally not alright at that time.so he did not sell it.one of minor son who attained majority in 1994 filed suit in trial court with all necessary evidence in 1998.And same was decreed as ex parte in 2003.opposite party did not submit not even single evidence in trial court. They submit written statement which was also dismissed. They filed appeal immediately in appellate court with no Evidence of Docs. Appellate court set aside our ex parte decree on limitation act article 60 stating that minor should have filed suit within 3 year since attained majority without considering that there is no Evidence from opposite party. Whether Judgment will be favored to us if we approach SA in High court?
