I want to know procedure to join a running civil case in high court ?
Only a case pending in the High Court can be connected with another case pending in the High Court. So there is no process/procedure to connect a case pending in the Civil Court with a a pending case in the High Court.

You should file writ petition in High court for direction and expedite disposal your case with time bound. Your case proceed with High court direction to day by day and your witlessness earlier disposal and your case judgment quick.
