Procedure to file suit for injunction for removal of CCTV cameras

11-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
Respected members, I want to file a suit for injunction against my neighbour(i want to get CCTV cameras removed which he has installed directed towards my private property), being a law student i have drafted the case however i am confused when it comes to the procedure of the court related to filing of the case. Kindly help me with the following questions: 1. What is valuation slip and is it necessary in a case of injunction, secondary what will be the court fees of the suit ? 2. How to file the documents/annexures in a civil court, do i have to make a list of documents ? 3. I will be seeking an ex-parte interlouctory temporary injunction, should i write a seperate application for it under Section 151 CPC or just include it in the prayer clause. Any help will be appreciated. Thanking You

Dear,
i help you.
you point out 3 question and want answer-
1- your case valuation depend on total cast of installation cctv cameras. your court fees maximum Rs. 500/- for suit injunction relief
2- you file list of documents.
3- you file separate application for temporary injunction under order 39 rule 1 & 2 with section 151 cpc.
