Procedure to file for contested divorce as wife left with the baby.

Sir me and my wife separately living for more than 3yrs.more misunderstanding between us.their parents always asking me money as they money minded people.even they are not showing baby to me.

Dear sir, In this situation , we can file a case to show your baby as the court directs, you have full right see your child. better you have to consult lawyer to take initiate legal proceedings,,,,,,,

If you are willing. To live with her you must send a legal notice to her through your advocate to live with you even in spite of that if she did not return to the matrimonial home you can either file a petion for divorce or restitution of conjugal rights before the concerned family court and if you want your baby you must file a separate petition for Your child under GWOP
