Procedure to cancel agreement of property before buying.

Sir I have agreement for property purchase but now I do not want to purchase property.how I break the agreement and how my money back.
You have two options first one dissolve the agreement by mutual understanding and second one is file a case for recovery , both the options are good but if you go for first option then it's much better option for you .because if you go for second option the litigation will take a long time to decide through Court

You may cancel the agreement but for that, we need to examine the terms and conditions of the sale contract.
There must some conditions where seller would have undertaken that what all development etc., he will do before executing the sale deed.
There are mechanisms to recover the amount paid by you but first agreement needs to be examined.

Hello, you have to clarify what is the reason you are not able to just continue that agreement if you not able to clarify the legal reason for cancellation of agreement then you have to suffer the losses the opposite party mein not refund you the paid amount so for further more discussion just contact us
