Your query is not clear. Who will give letter of proposal to whom? And there is nothing as letter for proposal. Normally we do a agreement for sale with the party by giving a token amount and give time which is also time bound to pay the rest amount.

Sir, You need to address the seller, and in the Regards section you have to give the property details including the Police Station, surrounding area, measured areas. Then write in the body your price for proposal, thereafter give full address of yourself and contact details. For further better proposal letters you need to seek an Advocate.
