Procedure in case legal Notice returned by the neighbour

hye, the hospital sent me a notice regarding for some amount due during my deceased father, i was not available at that address and it returned back(my neighbour told me) so what should i do now ,the bill amount was inflated by the hospital and they are not ready to review it
