How to get legal heir certiificate to sell immovable assets. MY grand father died in 2002 and left a house of 350 sq yards. we wanna sell it. how we can move further and what will be the cost.

To obtain the legal heir certificate, all the legal heirs of your grandfather shall approach the court of law with an application to issue legal heir certifcate with all the relevant documents like death certificate etc.,
