Private University Dress Code For Visitors

Me and My sister went to Deemed University for Job application but not Interview only for Job Application University inside entry time Securty stoped my sister for dress code means She worn Choodidaar sleeveless but Security not allowed inside he shows Rules Notice.For Visitors University applying dress code is leagle or Illeagleplease give me guide if illeagle i will figh in this issue.Where can i escalate this issue leagely

Private universities or any private person is authorised to make rules for their premises , therefore if they have suffix the notice regarding the rules i.e. for dress code then the visitor have to follow them. However the rules cannot be unethical or unconstitutional.

no there is nothing such dress code rule which can be legalized plus dress code can never be an issue for rejecting or stopping someone from interview and it is totally illegal and you can definitely file a case against the university.
